I agree with the conclusion that Macs are in general a higher quality product then PCs, however one must also concede two things: you are also paying for the Apple name,just like BMW, and also contains a stigma, good or bad, just like BMW. I like that the commercials high light both of these and no surprise that they neglect to mention that Apple is in general a superior quality product.
I would also argue that Noah is mistaken you can get a 1000$ laptop that is good. They are the new class of laptops that are emerging called netbooks and I question if Apple will be able to compete in the market given the cost target off appears to be less than 500$. I’m curious what the lame crew thinks of netbooks.
