Episode 15: Unprotected nostalgia

Eddie and Noah catch up on all the big stories that broke while they were on vacation: EMI to remove copy-protection from its digital music sales, Apple to delay Leopard until October. And now that CS3 is out, Eddie finally gets to disclose what happened at the Adobe NDA meeting he attended in January.

Nominated to the Lame List this episode are Apple and the Copyright Royalty Board, both for making things not happen.

Picks of the Week include nostalgic Nintendo and Namco games.

The truly burning questions are asked: Should computers have quarter slots? Does The Goonies II warrant a release on the Virtual Console? What is the worst analogy Eddie can make?
